Ron and Vivianne started doing stained glass as a hobby in 2001.  Since then they have opened a studio on Murdock Road in Winnipeg known as Viron Art of Glass.  In the studio they are actively producing stained glass, fused glass, sandblasting, carved glass, lamp work as well as the latest blown glass. They quickly discovered new ways of experimenting with glass and the endless possibilities.

Once a year they upgrade their skills by spending several weeks with world class artists in glass art.  Presently they give instuction in all forms of glasswork locally while expanding their teaching in the United Stated and across Canada in 2009.

Glass works you will find made by Vivianne and Ron are jewelry, panels, wall art, beads and vessels.  Most pieces are one of a kind originals.  Many visions bring forth the inspiration to create in an ever-changing world of glass.  They are constantly challenging themselves. Each piece is made individually by hand and although they may be able to produce similar pieces, each item is unique.  They welcome commissions and the opportunity to work with people to make pieces which suit them, their lifestyle and surroundings.

Vivianne and Ron's love of working with glass has transcended to their children who all work glass in some form or other.  Their artwork can be found in several local galleries as well as across Canada, the United States and abroad.

The Sosinkalo's support many charities with their artwork and love to introduce local school students to the art of glass.
